College Accommodations Process

Palomar College

  1. Apply for and Enroll in a course
  2. Complete the "DRC New Student Application"
  3. Complete the "Disability Verification Form", OR, Submit a copy of your most recent IEP or 504 (*this is recommended)
  4. Present all of your paperwork to the DRC office, which can be submitted in 1 of 4 ways:
    1. ​Drop off in person
    2. Call: (760) 744-1150 ext 2375
    3. Email: dsps@palomar.edu
    4. Mail: 
      1. ​1140 W. Mission Road San Marcos, CA 92069
    5. After your paperwork has been reviewed, a DRC counselor will contact you to schedule an Intake appointment

Mira Costa College

  1. Apply for and Enroll in a course
  2. Complete the "DSPS Application for Eligibility" (online)
  3. Submit your Application and copy of your most recent IEP or 504

Your College
