In this activity, you will be introduced to some of the basic elements of frame-by-frame animation and the layout of Adobe Flash. Follow the steps below to get started and use this introductory skill to see what you can create.
Step 1: Create Your New Project. Choose Action Script 3.0

Step 2: Save As, "yournameflashintro.fla"

Step 3: In the Properties area, click the color square next to the Stage to change the background color, pick a color of your choosing.
Step 4: Click the oval tool and make a circle in your project.

Step 5: Insert a Keyframe. This will help you create the motion for your project.

Step 6: For each new keyframe you will move the circle a little bit more to create the bouncy effect.
